Ana Cecconi, RCSW, earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University. She is a dedicated Registered Clinical Social Work Intern working toward licensure, with a strong commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery and overall well-being.
During her graduate studies, Ana gained experience working with children facing mental health and behavioral challenges. She also began developing her expertise in assisting individuals in rehabilitation programs who are addressing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Ana is fluent in Spanish and has focused much of her career on providing culturally competent services to Spanish-speaking clients, particularly those navigating the challenges of adjusting to life in the United States.
Specializing in the treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders, Ana has a particular focus on trauma. She has recently completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and is actively working toward certification. Utilizing a client-centered, strengths-based approach, Ana collaborates with clients to develop personalized strategies for addressing distressing experiences from the past, present, and future.
Ana’s ultimate goal is to establish a strong therapeutic alliance that empowers individuals to discover their purpose and fosters personal growth. Through compassionate guidance, she assists clients in building resilience and working toward a fulfilling future.
