Kate Silverman, LMHC - Assistant Clinical Director

Kate is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida and received her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Miami. She has dedicated her career to working with individuals struggling with addiction.

Kathryn believes in empowering clients through a strength-based approach to therapy. Kathryn also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Experiential Therapy to assist clients in gaining the skills necessary to maintain long-term recovery. Kathryn uses Adventure Therapy to provide clients with real-world experiences in order to learn about themselves and learn new ways to navigate obstacles and challenges.
